SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times are separate from estimated shipping/transit times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: $8
• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
• Express Shipping: $15 when available
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after processing. Express shipping is generally estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple packages.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment. House of Essence Beauty Supply is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
